	Ash Tree Cottage is uniquely situated in a quiet private road in the heart of the "old village" area of Tunbridge Wells yet only a few minutes walk from the famous Pantiles, High Street shops, several good restaurants and the railway station. London is only 50 minutes by train and the service is frequent.
As well as our 4 Star Visit Britain classification with a silver award we have been selected for an entry in the consumer associations "Which" Good Bed and Breakfast Guide. We have been members of the "World Wide Best Bed and Breakfast Association", with an entry in the "Best Bed and Breakfast" directory, since 1986.
